Small ink splashes along the top edge. Smooth spine with gilt title and decoration. All page edges gilt. Inner gilt dentelles. Original yellow endpapers. Engraved frontis facing an engraved title-page, both lightly soiled. Printed title-page undated. Colophon to verso of title-page "Chiswick Press: C. Whittingham, College House." Return of goods
