London: Printed in the Year, 1685 . 0. A very good later half leather binding (probably 19th century). 4to. [8pp.]/pp.328. 7.75" x 6.0" x 1.0". Black calf spine and corners over marbled boards. Spine with 5 raised bands and gilt title: "Lives Of The Patriarchs". Marbled endpapers. Inner hinges carefully strengthened. Printed title within double-ruled border, stained and soiled. The preface is signed, ' R. M.' Clear English text throughout on toned/stained paper, just a couple of corners and a few words of text absent.
