Original quarter vellum gilt, red cloth gilt sides, patterned red eps, integral red silk place-marker, aeg. Vellum lightly soiled; extremes very slightly rubbed. Title page states 'published only for subscribers' with a price of £5/5/- per copy. The work has a tinge of vanity press but is well illustrated. COPAC: single location at Nottingham. OCLC adds a microfilm location at the National Library of New Zealand. No copy at BL, Library of Congress, or Nottinghamshire Public Libraries.
