New York, Villard Books, 1984. 1st. Hardcover. 0394539494. First printing, US edition (stated "first edition"). Small octavo, cream boards, dustjacket. This US edition has a different dj design than the Canadian edition and is smaller. Very tight, fresh text, appears unread, with no wear, no owner's marks. Dj is very fresh, not clipped, almost no wear but several closed tears to the bottom edge of the rear panel. The US edition is scarcer than the Canadian for some reason. Also, it is paginated while the Canadian edition is not. Very Good/Dust Jacket Included.
