Publisher's insert, dated 1921, updates progress on the building of the new town at Welwyn. 18x12, limp linen wraps, with attractive cover design by W Raffé. Wraps creased, edges a bit bumped, good copy. Proposal for a garden city by The New Town Council. Committee (members included the architect and planner, T. Alwyn Lloyd). A scarce and interesting study.
