A magazine issued by the Ringling Brother Barnum and Bailey Circus promoting its 1942 season, featuring articles on various performers, shows, animal acts, etc. With a piece by the comedian and entertainer Milton Berle, containing many one liners and jokes on the circus. Also present is an article on trapeze artists, with a photo of Carl Wallenda coaching his five year old daughter Carla, on the high wire. Cartoons by Peter Arno are also featured throughout. GOOD condition. Minor general soiling, toning and fading to the wraps. Covers rather scuffed along the spine and hinges, with some creasing and curling along the extremities and corners. Interior solid. Several newspaper clippings, circus related, laid in. Good .
