Among the articles is an homage to the Hudson River & Catskill region historian Alf Evers. Political articles include one on the SEG's investigation of the HMO WellCare. There is also a headline entitled "Another Barnburning / When Will It Stop?" followed by an article by Edward SAnders "The Hell of Arson". Fine .

These particular issues date from May 1904 until April 1905. Founded in 1884 by Shirley Hibberd, Amateur Gardening is the UK's oldest gardening weekly that still runs today. The heavily illustrated magazine includes news, advice, feature articles, and celebrity interviews. Illustrated throughout. Colour plates mostly lacking, with plates only present on pages 150, 172, 194, 266, 376, 391 and 642. Smart label to the rear paste down. Ink inscription of Edith A. Jones to front endpaper.
