Structure, Verses, Agency Books: fine works about art, culture & history will likely maintain an inventory of about 5000 items. We specialize in used and out-of-print books in many fields and disciplines, but we specialize in the fine arts, in the social sciences and humanities, in Modern First Editions, and in assorted other disciplines and genres. We carry rare, antiquarian, and collectible items, ranging from books about bagpipers and sculptors, poets and novelists, women surrealists to Native American artists and art traditions. Most of our inventory is used, but we have a selection of new titles of especially fine artists. We also selectively buy books and collections thereof. If you can't find what you're looking for here, we invite you to contact us directly.
I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Bubble mailers and boxes will be expertly and securely wrapped and monitored. Please contact us if there is anything extra or different you need us to do.
Credit cards currently acceptable include: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal checks, PayPal, money orders, and Cashier's Checks.
Return policy;
If for some reason you don't like your purchase or it arrives somehow damaged, or if it doesn't get to you at all, you might be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If you've changed your mind about a book that you've ordered, please contact me and I'll respond within two business days.
