Conditions of sale:
Greetings from Nan's Book Shop! It is very important to us that you are happy with any purchase you make. We work hard to make the descriptions accurate and interesting and provide as much information as possible. Please contact us if you have further questions about a book, or would like a photo of the book. We accept several credit cards, and will contact you promptly regarding any additional postage charges necessary for heavy or over-sized books.
Payments accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and money orders.
Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to Nan’s Book Shop within seven days of receipt.
If there was an error on our part such as receiving the wrong book, we will return all shipping costs to you as well.
We do ask that you contact us by phone or email, and wait for our response, before you return a book.
Shipping:
If shipping within the US, you can choose media mail (generally $3.50) or priority mail (if it's a small book it will be $5.50).
For shipping in most other countries, Priority mail is $15.00 for a small book. In all cases, if shipping is going to be higher than what is quoted here, you will here from us promptly!
