Frits Knuf Antiquarian Books offers a wide range of books about books. Our comprehensive stock has been built up over 50 years and holds 21,000 titles. These are offered worldwide by means of catalogues and on the internet. We attend several international bookfairs and would like to meet you there. We are located in Vendôme, 180 km southwest of Paris in the Loire Valley (42 minutes by TGV from Paris-Montparnasse). You are welcome to visit us on appointment.
Our specializations
Typography, Bibliography, Books on Paper, Catalogues of Libraries and Dealers’ Catalogues, and Reference Books on Manuscripts, Incunabula and Bookbindings.
All books are complete and in good condition unless otherwise stated.
Library stamps, cancelled stamps and normal library bindings have not always
been mentioned.
Any item not agreeing with the description may be returned at our expense.
Prices are in €.
Postage, insurance and bank costs extra.
Delivery according to the trade conditions of the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of the Netherlands, Amsterdam, depot-no. 212/1982. These conditions stipulate that the property right of the supplied goods remains with us up to full payment.
