NO CHARGE FOR NORMAL SHIPPING TO U.S.ADDRESSES! International shipping, packaging and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility, as are import/customs duties where applicable.
PAYMENT
U.S. dollars only in the buyer's choice of these methods: [credit cards only via PayPal]; other payment methods might be considered. Washington State residents sales tax or provide a valid resale number.
RETURNS
Items are guaranteed as described or the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer upon return of the item in the same condition and method (carrier) as originally shipped. Return shipping, packaging and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and the buyer must inform the seller of intent to return the item within 7 days of receipt.

NOTE: shipping is FREE to addresses in the United States! The seller will use discretion on the best method to use. Shipping costs are based on shipments weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Insurance for items shipped via postal services is included (in countries where permitted); Federal Express shipments include insurance (where permitted). Buyer is responsible for all customs charges and similar fees.
