We guarantee our books are as described & will issue a refund (less postage) for any discrepancy occurring between description of book(s) & clients expectations on receipt. Books are shipped within 24 hours of payment (or notification of payment) unless otherwise agreed between parties. Books are shipped ordinary post/ airmail via Royal Mail from U.K. with a receipt of posting. Our record todate shows a 100% completed delivery together with a nil return rate.
