Beck Valley Books are a family run business, based in the United Kingdom. Selling over 5,500 used, rare and out of print books worldwide online, all competitively priced.
All books are sent out in new padded envelopes and come with a free Beck Valley Books bookmark. Stock is increased and changed frequently, so please visit us often. We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We aim to deal with all enquiries personally as soon as possible, either by email or phone. All our book prices are net and do not include shipping. Our shipping charges are for the total order, rather than each book, in the hope of saving you money. Once your order has been completed we will advise you of the shipping charges. If you wish to email us prior to placing your order for the shipping charges, that is acceptable. Your book order will be dispatched when payment has been confirmed.
As a guide our shipping rates to the UK are £2.79 for Royal Mail Second Class mail upto 2kg, although we can send orders upto 10kg on request.
Our shipping rates to Europe vary according to weight and are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. As a guide the rates are from £4.01 upto 500g to £6.76 upto 1kg.
Our shipping rates outside Europe again vary according to weight and can be sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail or Airmail. As a guide the rates are from £4.46 upto 500g for Surface Mail or £6.78 for Airmail, to £7.86 upto 1kg for Surface Mail or £12.33 for Airmail.
Orders can be sent outside the UK upto 5kg, if your order is above this we will then decide if it is cheaper using a courier or sending your order in separate packages through Royal Mail.
