A good 1924 hardcover in aged/lightly soiled illustrated green cloth-covered boards with an attractive aged central 3 colour illustration of three children, the boards and spine ends are bumped/rubbed, internally a stamp to the front endpaper reading 'Specimen Copy: With The Publsher's Compliments', unmarked toned pages. Intended to teach children the French language, the book is nicely illustrated in black and white. with short stories, songs and poems along with exercises and vocabulary.
