Everything from romances and Westerns to slightly adult fiction such as this work about the owner of a New York City theatrical boarding house where paying the rent involves some complications for the tenants and the landlady. Some of his other works under this name were CONVENTION GIRL and SHE DIDN'T CARE. Clean, tight, sound copy. Library discard, as is. Spine slanted. Wearing through along top and bottom edges of spine and covers; corners bent and wearing through. Front hinge cracked. Front free endpaper and description page torn out.
