Le navi vennero rinvenute nel 1927-1932 in un periodo contemporaneo alla pubblicazione di questo volume. Vennero conservate nel Museo delle Navi Romane fino alla loro distruzione nel 1944. In buone condizioni. Copertina editoriale in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni.
