With the bookplate of the military collection of Anne S. K. Brown. A first hand account of the second Anglo-Burmese war by Rev. Thomas T. Baker, Chaplain of Her Majesty's ship Fox, who died from cholera while attending the wounded. The last chapter of the book, describing the capture of Martaban and Rangoon, was added after the author's death.
