The cover story and theme of this issue.the Prasat Phnom Rung: A Khmer Temple in Thailand by Sarah Hammond. Other articles are on bronzes in the National Museum, Kampuchea, Khmer silver in animal shapes, Buddhist bronzes in the National Palace Museum, Taiwan, the "Feng" peacock device on early bronze vessels, and Tantric elements in pre-Hispanic Philippines gold art. Each article is by an established authority. It also has book reviews, salesroom news and a collectors column section at the back. The Editor, Madame Tuyet Nguyet, in her always interesting editorial provides the contect of the issue's theme as well as the background on the creation of the Nitta Group Collection of Buddhist Art at the National Palace Museum, Taiwan..
