Uncommon in any state, this 1939 reprint of the 1934 edition is made rarer by this association to Bad Kinningen, a Region of Bavaria where Hitler first located Manteuffel Kaserne (Barracks), a training camp created prior to WW2 as part of his plan to expand the pre-war Wehrmacht..
