Jean de La Brete, the pseudonym of Alice Cherbonnel, born in Saumur in 1858 and died in Breuil-Bellay ( Maine-et-Loire ) in 1945, was a French writer of novels for young women. In a cloth binding with paper-covered boards. Externally, sound, though with some rubbing and a few marks, and some sunning to the rear. Front hinge strained.
