In prachtige staat, ondanks de ouderdom zijn de kleuren heel goed behouden en de gouden delen bijzonder helder, het perkament heeft de normale ouderdomstekenen. Prachtig 15e eeuws blad uit een Nederlands Getijdenboek (Book of Hours).

Waarschijnlijk vervaardigd in het Bethaniën klooster te Arnhem.

Tekst met recto en verso handgeschilderde met goud opgehoogde initialen en kantlijnen en initialen in rode en blauwe inkt evenals een decoratieve gouden bloemfiguratie.

Origineel handschrift geschreven met pakkende penvoering in een Nederlands scriptorium rond 1460 op velijn, perkament, met dubbelzijdige tekst.
Afmetingen plm. 171 mm x 121 mm.

Rijk uitgevoerd en uniek Middel-Nederlands manuscript uit de Middeleeuwen.

I'll see you, I hope, later in the month. I appreciate your offer of help and shall certainly take advantage of it." Condition: Good. Remarkable partial handwritten manuscript draft, not signed, 1 page, no date but circa August 1952. Fragment of an early draft for Kennedy's speech at the 66th Annual Convention of the Massachusetts Federation of Labor on August 13, 1952, during his campaign for the Senate. In fine condition. Text in part: "the emasculation of the wage stabilization section the whole sale firing of over 6000 employees charged with enforcement for price controls has made all of our tasks more difficult". Kennedy espouses a strong Democratic message in support of unions and social safety nets, staunchly defending the legacy of FDR's New Deal. On the back of the working-class vote, JFK would topple Republican Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr. in the November election. An outstanding, handwritten draft for a speech of political significance.
