The A.B.C. (All British Campaign) Bucks News Budget.
London: All British Campaign, no date [c. 1930]. A reduced facsimile of the "smallest newspaper in history", printed on 16 postcards, and housed in a printed grey paper envelope. The Bucks News Budget was produced during the General Strike of 1926, with the approval of the Mayor of the ancient town of High Wycombe, Bucks. Sixteen editions were issued between May 5th and May 15th 1926 inclusive, "forming a concise record of a time of National Peril, and marking a successful effort to uphold the freedom of the press then attacked and violated. The whole series constitutes a souvenir of historic interest and importance". Two of the postcards are foxed, else the contents are in very good condition; the envelope is in fair condition only (edges chipped and torn).
