Hoewel veel verhaaltjes zich afspelen in de wereld van het recht, ademen ze een totaal andere sfeer. De stijl van de auteur is direkt, spontaan en zeker niet gespeend van humor. Bovendien is de aanpak van de auteur kort en krachtig: de meeste verhaaltjes hebben niet eens de lengte van een column.
