Volume 1 has a chipped and damaged spine, lacking a section at the base> volume 2 has a slightly chipped spine> volume 8 is stained and damaged on the spine> volume 10 is a little damaged on the spine> volumes 1 - 10 are all discoloured and a little stained. However complete sets are increasingly difficult to find. After the death of Howard, Crisp continued the series on his own from volume 10. Each volume is Limited to 500 copies. Also included are copies of the full size 16 page prospectus for the work dated 1902 and a similar 8 page prospectus dated 1911.
