All in original cloth with leather title stickers. Ex-library copies with probably removable spine stickers. Exteriors worn to a FAIR only condition but still with a certain "gravitas" Interiors intact with an occasional waterstain or worm hole. Most text in transcript form, valuable for students of historic speech, good for those with an interest in Railway law, with dozens of Railroad cases. Appears to be British printing with US title pages and binding, and was used in US courts, as it has light ownership stamps of "Fourth Circuit Court" as well.
