Two of the copies of The Chevalier of Pensieri-Vani are inscribed by Fuller. Item 38 is an acerbic A.l.s. in response to an unidentified request. The remaining 8 titles are bibliographies, tributes and studies of Fuller.

. Henry Blake Fuller's city is Chicago, where his family was one of the earliest settlers, the focus of his finest work. His influences were Henry James and William Dean Howells; his subject the social and financial milieu of late 19th century midwestern America. His finest work is considered Bertram Cope's Year (1919), dealing with homosexual love.
