Volume One, Tile with engraved vignette, a seperate page of mss in contemporary hand, listing the 11 additional plates to be found in the four volumes, which are not present in any other copy. preface, vii, list of subscribers. General Survey cli, +580 pages +index of Persons and Parishes 422, plus list of plates, 40 in all. collated complete. many fold out maps, and scenes of architectural interest. Volume two, Engraved vignette on title page, iii, preface, additional list of subscribers (i), 817 pages + 72 pages of index, list of Parishes and additions and corrections, 25 folding plates and maps, most have tissue guards, other engravings hors texte. Volume Three, Tilt page with vignette. ii. 765 pages, + 51 pages of index + List of Plates (40), most of which are large fold out views. Volume Four, Tile with engraved vignette, vi, Preface, 788 pages +46 pages of Index + list of plates (44) maps, fold out engravings of Country seats. This set is collated, complete, with additional plates. Many of the hors texte engravings have their own little tissue guard. Very clean internally, no foxing or staining, except for three pages in volume " has has minor water staining on these those pages only, not serious at all.
