He never got to live 'the last third.' Includes letters to Kerouac and Kesey. 157 pp. Fair condition only (rubbing and wear to the covers, crease in corner, some crinkling to first few pages, but still a good reading copy, and perhaps the more authentic for the signs of being read before.)
