An original Spanish mathematical work which deals primarily with geometry in a series of 43 analytical geometry problems in particular, designed to discover the surface area of . "Bell of Manfredonia." This sort of careful plotting was essential for navigation at sea, which Spain, still a major colonial power needed to be able to do.
