This year includes 166 poems (20 anonymous), by Berquin (2 works), Boufflers (2), Choisy (6), Freron (2), Parny (3), Monvel, Rebel, Royou, Sauvigny, Vigee (2), Voltaire (3 pièces), etc. And it includes one of the first poems on BALLOONING. This Lachevre, 45; noted by Tissandier; not in Maggs. Cat. 387, Brockett, Liebmann & Wahl, or Brookes. Plain marbled calf of the period, backstrip divided into 6 boxes with crossing lines of gilt, gilt flowers in these, except for that with the red Mro. title piece, gilt. Fine copy.
