Personal correspondence of Abigail Simmons, nee Wills, both before and after her marriage to George W. Simmons (1803 - 1863). Starting with the latter, the family would be renowned for several generations of inventors of commercial and household tinware items and heating equipment, including street and coach lamps, stove dampers, pumps, coffee pots, pipe collars, etc. Very good .
