Sheets loose as issued in folder and slipcase. 7 original color lithographs by Giuseppe Santomaso (1907-1990) with 18 pages of mostly facing text from Cantos XVII and LXXVI (Pisan's) by Ezra Pound (1885-1972) in his own lithographed handwriting. One of 200 numbered portfolios hand signed in ink by the author and artist. Also signed and dated 6 Aprile 1971, Venezia in the stone by Pound. This is one of the 50 copies to benefit the restoration of the Basilica dei frari in Venice. Also includes a 45 rpm phonograph record by Pound. (Possibly the last work hand signed by Pound, who died on Nov. 1, 1972.)
