From an academic library their bookplate on front pastedown. 426, 412, 520 pp. Sydenham Society bindings of brown blind stamped embossed cloth covered boards with gilt titling to spine and gilt cartouche to front board. Maroon end papers and red page edges. Volume 1 and Volume 3 have small tears to top of spines. All corners are a clittle scuffed. Volume 1 has some dirty marks on the prefaratory note page. Overall a good set with clean contents. This is a heavy set and we will request extra postage if ordered from outside the UK. Good/No Jacket.
