Modern quarter cloth with contrasting paper sides, printed paper spine label, origianl printed coloured-card wraps bound in. First item: wraps chipped and soiled; second item: lacks map. Various relevant newspaper clippings and pictures tipped in. The second guide offered here is, in many ways, a re-working of the first and shares many of the plates - we feel safe in assuming that the map called for is likely to be that present in the earlier publication. No copy of the first and second titles in COPAC or OCLC.
