Brodie & Co. 1834. viii, 36 pp plus 28 copper plates with descriptions, woodcut to each plate description plus two further woodcuts to title page and final text of introduction, corrections and additions to rear, all edges gilt, gilt tooling to front/rear board. Contemporary full maroon calf, gilt spine label, 28 cm x 22 cm. Slight loss of colour to spine edge and front/rear board, repair made to spine, small loss of surface leather to front/rear board, ink signature to front free endpaper, pages slightly age browned and soiled, front/rear hinge slightly cracked but binding holding firm, large tear to one plate description, circular ink stain to one plate.
