London, Printed For Captain Wilson and Sold by G. Nicol, Bookseller to his Majesty, Pall-Mall, MDCCLXXXIX. (1789) Keate was shipwrecked near Palau Island in 1783, the crew reached shore and lived with the natives. They eventually built a small boat from the wreckage, which they sailed to Macao. The Captain (Henry Wilson) allowed Keate to write this account of events from his Journals.
