[4], 164, 24; [4], 26, [2 (blank)] pp. 8vo. 8-3/8" x 5-1/4". Modest wear. A bit of foxing. "Not true" written in margin , p. 65. A solid VG copy. Includes: "A Report of the Judgment of the High Court of Admiralty, on the Swedish Convoy : pronounced by Sir William Scott, on the eleventh June, 1799 / by Sir Christopher Robinson" [p. 117-150] and "A List of Treaties concluded since July, 1780, in which the principle is adopted of free ship, free goods," [p. 151-155]. Includes addenda in English to French translation of Schlegel's work, printed at Copenhagen and consisting of the judgment in the case of Saleucci vs. Johnson at the Court of the King's Bench [p. 156-164]. The first title has an additional 24-pp. section bound in at the end with the drop-title: Explanatory Answer to the Observations on the Subject of the late Capture of Neutral Ships, also printed by W. Wilson.
