Single sheet, printed recto only. 3 verses, each of 8 lines, plus 4-line chorus. No music. Hand-colored wood-engraved "Kissing Cupids" decorative border. 10-1/16" x 6-1/8". VG+ (light wear & age toning). This variant, with the '38 Chatham St' imprint, not recorded on OCLC, though issues with 54 Chatham, and 60 Chatham are found.
