Second title found as Arents 993-A & 993-B. Neither title located on OCLC. 2 volumes in 1: 101, [1], xvi [mis-numbered as vxi]; [binder's blank]; [4], 140 pp. Period full vellum binding. Red speckled edges., line stain to upper margin. A VG copy. Printer's ornament to each t.p. Head- tailpieces. Decorative initial capital letters. 2 folding tables at the end of the second work. ¶ Volume contains a large number of regulations concerning tobacco, including drawing up fraud charges in reporting seizures of tobacco & division of proceeds from arrests. As a historical footnote, interestingly enough, it seems the 'superior' Spanish product was preferred to that of Virginia: "Pour chaque livre de Tabac de Virginie en feuilles 4 sols, Pour chaque livre de Tabac d'Espagne superieur 20 sols".
