Housed in a brown wooden frame, the news-sheet sandwiched between clear glass., copy. ¶ L'Estrange an ardent Royalist who established his periodical 'The Observator' as a vehicle for expressing his views on the various issues of the day; it commenced in April of 1861 & ran till March 1686-7, appearing as often as 3 - 4 times weekly.
