It is from the Bancroft Library at the University of California and has a discard card tipped onto front pastedown. Newspaper article re Estate of Wm. S. O'Brien tipped in on rear ffep. Overall very good copy of a rare item. Graff 1075. Howes, USiana, D-302. Cowan, Bibliography of History of California, I, p.68, II, p.168. Paher, Nevada: An Annotated Bibliography, 476. "A rare book which was expanded in its second edition." This book has no date, but does have the 87 pages that Paher calls for in the first edition.
