Broadside, "Notice is hereby given that unless the lessees of the Crown and Clergy Reserves, shall pay the arrears of rent due by them respectively, on or before the first day of January next, that legal steps will be forthwith used to recover the same..John Small, Clerk of the Executive Council.." N.p. probably York [Toronto], printed by John Cameron. Broadside, 19 lines, 1 leaf folio, 7 ½ x 12 ½ inches, fine condition. Fleming 53, locating 5 copies at 4 locations. Not in TPL. An attractive and early York, Upper Canada imprint. It is fairly certain that it was printed by John Cameron at York, as he was at this time the King’s Printer for the Province. This form is unused, and leaves provides a space for the Sheriff's signature .
