[6], 376, [10, ads] pp. Chromolithographed frontispiece by Kate Greenaway, with tissue guard, inserted. Black & white illustrations in text by "M.E.E.", Phil. Ebbutt, F.A. Fraser, C.O. Murrary, Charlotte Weeks, and others. Spine lightly sunned, with gilt title lettering flaked away but still readable (black outline); some flaking to gilt on front cover (three letters of "Little"); damp spots to rear cover; cracked inner hinges neatly repaired; colour frontispiece has tiny chips to fore edge, light soil spot to fore margin (well away from image); occasional mild soil spotting in text margins; ink gift inscription on blank recto of frontispiece; else a VG tight copy, attractive. The frontispiece ("Little Misses") is a very charming image, first-rate Greenaway work. Note: 1.5 kg parcel, please enquire for shipping rate.
