Small and light tan soil spot to fore edges; three inch quite shallow scratch to front cover, noticable only with effort; 1/8 inch nick to head of spine; else fine, no previous owner names, yellow topstain bright. Bright red price-clipped dust jacket has a bit of spine sunning, as often with this colour; not very noticable surface scratches to the front panel (no break in the paper surface); else fine. In all still quite a nice copy of the author's third book. Edition of only 3700 copies.
