Missing 5 of 8 plates: from the original total of 8 chromolithographs, only ones depicting the Cathedral of Milan, the view of Venice and the view of Mount Pilatus were preserved in this copy.Lit.: Willems, Bijlage V, p.CXXXXI.- literature, Italy, Switzerland, travel - Een reisbeschrijving met veel kerkhistorische en godsdienstige beschouwingen. Het descriptieve en pittoresque is mij bijzaak, schrijft Hasebroek dan ook in zijn voorwoord. Van de 8 chromolitho's zijn alleen de dom van Milaan, het gezicht op Venetië en de berg Pilatus aanwezig.
