The report of the National Indian Socio-Economic Development Committee (NISEDC), created in 1978, for a period of 3 years, under the sponsorship of the Department of Indian Affairs (DIAND) and the National Indian Brotherhood (NIB). Their job was to review the recommendations of the NIB / DIAND Strategy report, assess, study, and develop advice on policy with regard to Indian Socio-Economic development. The 'Beaver report' strengthened a nd supported the plea of Indigenous communitues for respectful social justice - indeed, 'to have what is one's own'. A fine copy.
