Mylar protected, which greatly improves the appearance. Gift inscription to ffep, dated Christmas 1961. Spotting to foregdge of textblock, not at all visible internally. The first trade edition was preceded by a limited edition of 500 copies. Both the trade edition and the limited edition were printed in April 1961, before publication of the serial version in May, June, July, and August 1961 in McCall's magazine.
