Raleigh Hall Bishop -1848-1925 son of Jesse Lewis and Eliza Ann (Johnson) Bishop was born in Halifax, N.S. and educated at Horton Academy and Acadia College. He was ordained Baptist Minister in 1879 and entered in pastorial work in Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island from 1878 to 1913.
