Alongside these staples of the Baedeker guide, this volume includes an introductory article on Spanish art, alongside chapters on the Basque provinces, Catalonia, Valencia, Andalusia, and Portugal. Prior owner's pencil inscription to the title page, 'Witty&apos. With publisher's adverts to the front pastedown and endpaper. In the publisher's original red cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. A little rubbed to the joints and the spine, with a closed tear in the cloth at the rear joint. Lightly rubbed to the head and tail of the spine.
