In half morocco with marbled boards. Externally, shelf wear to the boards and bumping to the extremities. Rubbing to the joints and extremities. Some loss to the leather at the head of the spine on Volume II. Front board of Volume I is attached by a cord only, and may detach with further handling. Leather is lifting to the spine on Volume II. Internally front hinges are strained. Front hinge to Volume I is starting significantly. 'St John's Church' plate in Volume II is lifting at the tail.
